Well, title pretty much says it all. This was taken on our way from New Orleans to Mississippi.
It was so pretty that I had to take a picture. It was like we were driving into a portal. Nothing but trees and the road ahead of you. It was really cool. ^^

That looks so pretty......... LOL! Your afterthought reminds me of a pic I took in Japan of a McDonald's....I didn't realize until a year later that there are people in the window of the restaurant staring at me taking the picture. >_<

Ha ha, looks like it was a pretty drive home for you guys. That's wonderful!

Believe it or not, but a lot of houses were still abandoned and or in need of a lot of repair from Hurricane Katrina.
It's been 3 years, but some of Mississippi and New Orleans looks like it hit yesterday. It's very sad.
